Summary
Cyris ‘Dracona’ Veol has two homes, really. An apartment in NYC by herself, where she is just Cyris, or her massive palace in the Dragon Kingdom, where she is the revered Queen of the Dragons. Cyrissa Dracona. She has just got out of a war with the evil Gridlo Von Hue, who stole the Power Stone and very nearly killed all who Cyris cared about. Now Cyris is finally happy, settled down with her four best friends who just happen to be dragons; Argentum, of the Aeris, or air clan. Viridus, of the Terra, or earth clan. Callaina, of the Aqua, or water clan. And Ruber, of the Ignis, or fire clan. Each have their own unique abilities, and Cyris does to, now that she is the Dragon Queen.
Cyris is happy. The war with Von Hue is over, and they are alive. But now, Cyris is needed once more by the dragons. Because when Cyris defeated Gridlo Von Hue… Well, there is a difference between ‘defeated’, and ‘killed’.
Raiden Solace is a well respected man in the city of Shodon. He is loved, and trusted, by all those who meet him. So trusted that the King of Shodon made Raiden captain of his guard. Raiden does everything in his power to make sure that he performs his new calling to the best of his ability, protecting the king and those he loves.
Cytra Nox lives as a ghost. After a major childhood tragedy, she lost faith in humanity, and believed she could never be loved. As her inner darkness consumes her, she begins to use her dark powers against those who have betrayed her, and eventually gets hired as an assassin. The powers of darkness inside of her become her one and only ally.
Raiden and Cytra's paths eventually cross, and something sparks. Cytra sees an inevitable betrayal in Raiden, while he sees a light in the midst of her darkness.
