Most wander what it would be like to be the creature in the night hunting its pray, to not just hide in the shadows, but become them.
I know I did.
Growing up I was always afraid of the dark, not just the black silence it brought, but what hid in its corners.
But now the dark doesn't just frighten me it's consuming me.
