Cas has a successful blog and he loves all of his readers. They're the reason he has done so well all these years, but after a sudden and painful breakup with his fiance, a video starts popping up all over every social media platform of his ex proposing to the man he left Cas for. It's painful the first ten times it came across one of his news feeds, but it's downright torture by the hundredth time, so when he reaches out to his fans via Twitter and pleads with them to please STOP posting the video, he gets a response from someone he never would have thought to hear from. The ex fiance of the guy his own ex was proposing to. What could have started out as something strange and awkward turns out to be the start of a unique friendship. He and Dean find that their exes are not the only thing they have in common. When feelings come into play and they realize they care about one another as more than just friends, they have some decisions to make.
They both feel broken, but together they find they really weren't at all.

Cas and Dean are seniors in high school and they've been best friends since they were five years old. They know everything about one another, or so Dean thought. Oblivious, Dean launches into a new relationship with a girl he meets at the mall one afternoon, and it tears Cas apart seeing Dean with her, especially when it looks like for the first time in his life, Dean is getting serious about a girl. Charlie, being the good friend she is throws a party and invites Cas. There's an interesting guy there that catches Cas' eye. Sweet fluff ensues, and it's soon after that Dean learns Cas' biggest secret. He is also faced with emotions he has never felt before, especially in regards to Cas. He finds himself jealous and angry when he sees Cas with Luke, and at his brother's suggestion he decides to confront his true feelings for his best friend, and tell him how he really feels. There is a lot of pain and heartache in the beginning for Cas, but I swear it ends on a good note. I hope you all enjoy!Concluida

Dean is in his last year of college with his best friend Alfie and after deciding they don't want to do another year in the dorms, they get a small apartment of their own. Money is tight as both men try to do schooling full time and hold down jobs. It's not easy, but Alfie's older brother Cas is happy to help. If they need groceries or can't make their rent, he takes care of it so they can focus on their studies. And so what if Cas shows up at the apartment with increasing frequency, even when his brother isn't home, and so what if maybe his gaze lingers a little too long on Dean. He's just being friendly, right? So why does Dean's heart beat faster every time the man is near, and what the hell is going on with those damn butterflies in his stomach every time Cas touches him? What Dean doesn't anticipate is for someone to send one to him as well. It's sweet, fluffy, just a little bit of holiday fun. LONG DISTANCE ROMANCE

In this Dean and Cas are leaving for college, and Cas is in a happy little bubble where he believes Dean will follow him to Cambridge and attend school there because Cas doesn't want to give up his dream of attending Harvard. He doesn't take into consideration that Dean might have dreams of his own. They end up doing a long distance romance where Cas' own doubts and paranoia eat at him, and he ends up ruining the best thing that has ever happened to him. ***WARNING*** If you think True Confessions is full of angst, then please, grab a box of tissues before you read this, because this takes it a whole level higher. I like angst, and it actually caused me a lot of stress writing this as ny heart broke for Dean, but follow it through to the end. I love the idea of Destiel, that a human and an angel can move beyond the physical boundaries of the human body, and find something deeper in each other, during a time when they are both ships tossing in a chaotic sea of emotions, and at a time when their lives are absolutely falling apart. They cling to one another, each becoming the other's safe harbor. It's transcends sex, moves beyond the fact that they are both in male form. It is love in its purest form, and it is on a deep and spiritual level. The idea that someone as broken as Dean Winchester can find someone that can see past the darkest parts of himself to the light within and still love him I think is the most beautiful thing on earth. After a bad breakup, Dean gets into a fight with his best friend that pushes him over the edge. It ends with him finally seeking help, but not from the people that love him most. That leaves a rift between him and the people in his life that only want the best for him. A year later, after getting the help he needs, he gets invited on a vacation with his brother and some friends. It's a chance to get away and relax, and maybe try to reconnect with his friends.
