Em, a transgender girl, gets disowned by her unaccepting parents after coming out to them. After being kicked out for 5 years, she makes friends with Rin, a hardcore butch lesbian, Jace, a flirty bisexual, Shannon, a smart pansexual, and Skyler, a quiet ace. Together, they gather resources, make some money, and basically use whatever they have around them to create the LGBTAS, the LGBT Acceptance Shelter. They built the LGBTAS to help others that are part of the LGBT+ community that were kicked out by their parents.
