Welcome to Camp Lamphere! A ten day summer camp filled with fun in the sun, team bonding and complete and total social media isolation.

Come take a dip in our lake or take a trip out in a canoe- but don't forget our high ropes course!

Surround yourself with nature. Bond with your cabin mates. Enjoy your stay here at Camp Lamphere, a camp like no other.

Our only rule besides having fun is that there's absolutely no purpling.

~ O ~ o ~ O ~

Kiara Daughtery aka Freckles had no problem following the no purpling rule as a camper. She had her counsellors to hold her responsible.

Now at the ripe age of 19 and a camp counsellor herself, she has a lot more freedom than she did as a camper. While she still had rules to follow herself; lead by example, no swearing in front of campers, no using your phone in front of your campers, no drinking, no drugs, etc. As a counsellor the no purpling rule no longer applies to her, which conflicts with 'Lead by example'.

With everyone around her creating different shades of purple it's a lot harder to hold herself accountable and lead by example when all she wants to do is enjoy her summer and make sure her campers do too. She never knew the rules are a lot harder to follow on the other side.

Welcome to your Antifragile Leadership journey! I am thrilled to have you onboard. It has always been my philosophy that knowledge only becomes power when it is shared. I created this E workbook with demands for leaders and game changers like you in mind. You'll have a great time learning because these are the lessons that we wish could have been taught to us when we were starting out our careers but now we are provided with the amazing opportunity to include it in our leadership toolkit. Each page is experience and wisdom centered. With my nine years solid track record of leading frontline teams for ANZ and SG broadband and mobile companies, I have successfully led cross functional teams from inbound and outbound phone support, live chat, email, Social Media ( Facebook, Twitter and Instagram ) to review platforms like Google, Seedly, Product Review, Trustpilot and Broadband Compare and in the process multiplied leaders in our team thanks to the amazing mentors and teammates that I met through work and my reads. Their help enabled me to build engaged permanent work from home teams. You'll experience world-class cohort-based learning as leaders at hyper-growth companies and business owners facing high levels of complexity, diversity and ambiguity. By the end of your read, you'll have increased confidence and tools for building antifragile teams that scale-delivered in a meaningful experience with lasting impact. I'm grateful for your support. Thank you very much, Jan

Not to mention there's a certain red head she can't help but blush at when he gives her his signature smile. Life as a Camp Campbell councilor is pretty good. Until people from her past finds ways to hurt those around her little by little the people say they know her but she has no idea who they are and they've never shown their face. She doesn't know if everything will be fine or if she should rely on others for her own mistakes that she didn't even know she made. Will everything turn out alright? Can she do this by herself? Will the relationship with David stay friends or something more. Can she do this by herself? I dunno. Why don't you find out y/n?

Yet again Darkness is hungry for a war to end it all, but Light will always have troops at the ready. One girl. One kingdom. Eleven friends. Four Elements. No biggie. * I'm Melody, hybrid freak, nice to meet you, strange muggle who I know nothing about. I used to be like you, cluelessly ignorant and uninvolved with the outside world. You know, they have a big, yellow ball of gas in the sky. Weird. Anyway my life became something out of a bad Si-Fi movie, and no, Nicolas Cage isn't in it (sadly). There are two forces in the world, Light and Darkness, and when you side with Light, Darkness gets a stick up its ass and wants you to suffer. My friends and I, we roll with Light, you must know where that leads.... I have a kingdom to learn, powers to master, loud friends to keep in line, a boy that I'm messed up over, and above it all, Darkness to show whose boss. Not as easy as you might think, but this is MY story, and I know how it ends. Being a loyal follower of Light shows me the beauty in life and the devastation it can cause. Don't get me wrong, I love Light, but Darkness makes it hard to stay and fight. * Melody is weird. She's childish. She's awkward. And she's got boy issues she needs to work out. Mel will face evil like no other, but can she do it? Will the scales of Light and Darkness finally be tipped? How can one girl make a difference? This is Melody, a corky teenager, and she wants you to read her story. Like now. Enjoy! Highest rank- #69 in Fantasy (Still cant believe it!!)
