This is a hunger games book it would be the fourth book in my opinion.                                       Brenna smith finds herself in trouble with not just her district being reentered in the games after ten years since the 75th games (quarter quell) now ten years later in the 85 annual games and now the third quarter quell she has entered her name 39 times.
