A Lost Tale

Maria:
She is a werewolf, but never knew it. She doesn't easily trust someone, but has a big heart. Her past is tragic, but her memory is in pieces. She makes new friends and she falls in love... but with who?

Caleb:
He's a sweet heart, but he changes. He falls in love, but he's hurt. He's a vampire, but is scared of what blood could do to him. He has a long past, but hasn't learned. He loves her, he hates her... but how does it end?

Jasper:
He is both, but fits in no where. He is scared of who he is, but she isn't. He loves her, but he leaves. She loves him back, but she forgets. He's scared of his past, but he embraces it. He loves them both... but who will he choose?

Lily:
She is always there, but they don't see her. She trusts them all, but they take advantage. She loved him, but he broke her. She can fix everything, but doesn't know how. She sees everything... but why?

Those words hit me hard. Be Maria. I don't how, but I agreed with what he said. Why follow the rules if they get you nowhere? Jesus! Why is this so hard for me. I should be able to skip school without feeling guilty. But I don't. Because school is where I met Caleb. It's where I see him everyday. It's where I can sence where he is and where he's been. It's where--

It's where I learned to love him the way I do.

"What'll it be?" He said. We were at an intersection: go right and you'll end up at school, go left and you'll find yourself at the diner, but I had never just gone straight. It looked like a dangerous option, due to the strangely massive amounts of forest overcasting on a winding road.

I let out a small sigh, "Just drive." I said. Not even recognizing my own voice.
He hit the gas hard, and we sped into the dark forest.
