A day in my life feels just like a leaf flying past my ugg boots on a windy autumn day. Me and my mom were going shopping for thanksgiving food. I was only five at the time, but I still remember this day like the back of my hand...

I tugged on her black coat.

"Mom what are my boots made out of?" She looked at me like I just threw something at her face.

"Well what makes you ask a question like that?"

I looked at her with a frown.

"Because I know it's not cotton."

She knelt now to may level. Her emerald eyes locked on mine.

"Sweetie, their made from gods lambs." She looked at me with tears in her eyes, a small but sad smile on her face.

"I don't understand Mom?"

"It's okay, your too young to understand."

                           * * *

That night when we got home my mom and dad tucked me in to say goodnight. I lay in bed thinking about what mom said. I was to curious and got up. I went into my parents office and sat in my dads big leather chair. I moved the mouse and the bright screen light triggered on. I cleverly clicked the on the search box and typed "lamb boots." What came up on the screen that night stained my eyes with blood and tears. I ran in my room without closing the tab. I cried myself to sleep that night, knowing my world was now flipped upside down and twisted.

When I woke up that morning, my parents were in my room. They knew what I've done. They opened their mouths to say something, but nothing came out.
