Hey, I'm the author of this story. You can call me Raven-Lea. I have recently been thinking and reading all these Pernico fan fictions on WattPad and decided to create my own. Here is what you should know about it:
- These are not my characters but I have slightly changed their personality traits.
- I tried to make this story original but if it has a big resemblance to another story it is not intentional. I can't read every Pernico fan fictions out there.
- The story will switch perspectives but I'm not sure how often. Depends on the day. It will most likely just be Nico and Percy's perspectives but I may surprise you guys *insert evil laughter here*
-Nico is the new kid (because that's how I always come up with my story's) and doesn't know much English.
- he also will be very musical.
-I'm not going to do the classic Nico being abused by his dad because Bianca and Maria's death. Even just to switch this up I'm going to have Maria alive but Bianca. Poor Bianca. I still miss her from the books.
-just for anyone that doesn't know, Nico and his family are Italian.
-He will have a YouTube channel (Threw you a curve ball. Or did I? I'm not sure. Oh well)
-Percy will..... ya know what. You'll see. Il not telling you anything about him.
-I'm not telling you anything about Hazel either. All I will say is that they are related but maybe not in the way you think.
-same goes for Frank

Life of A Young Demigod: Book 1 (Percy Jackson reader insert)
COMPLETED! This is a m!reader-insert fic based in the Percy Jackson universe, as I imagine you can tell. I'm just starting this (as of early March 2023), and have very little writing experience, at least with this style, so forgive me if it begins a bit rough, I will likely go back and clean things up later on once I'm a bit more experienced. I intend this to be fairly strict in terms of major canon relationships and such, I don't have a problem with people who change them and actually quite like a number of stories that do, but I'd like to try something other than the 50th readerxannabeth fic (dont yell at me I actually enjoy those). I also will not be having (Y/N) "take Percy's place" in any way. Again, I have no problem with others who write this way, but it is not how I want to do it. I grew up with Rick's superb writing, and I don't intend to make any fundamental changes to Percy's story. It is great as is and I don't exactly feel qualified to change it. Perhaps I will get more ambitious as I go along, but I am fairly certain of this at the moment. (Y/N)'s story is complimentary. It will of course involve many changes to events, new events, and even slight lore changes to make things work, but it will all make sense within the original framework and hopefully won't be too jarring. In terms of long term plans. I aim to at least get through the end of HoO. That'll probably take a good year or so, so I think that's a solid aim for now. I'm from Long Island, so expect a LOT of specific LI and NY references here and there. Think of them as fun easter eggs :) Books one and two are going to fairly brief compared to the later ones. They're not short by any means, they'll be a solid 3 hour read each, but the later ones will be notably longer. Enjoy!Complete

Okay, so I'd just like to say that this is not well written whatsoever lol. All the grammar is correct, and there's some decent description, but it all feels very rushed if I'm honest. I tried to cram too many ideas in and yeah, it made.. whatever this is. Uh, I have some one-shots on my profile which might be better to read?... If you don't mind a fic being rushed this is probably great for you, lol, but the plot line is very higgledy piggeldy. Um, enjoy? Percy X Apollo Percy Jackson is tired. Of everything. He and Annabeth broke up after the fall into Tartarus, neither being able to look at the other the same way. Sure, they stayed friends, but that doesn't make Percy feel any better about it. Some of the gods are concerned, but Zeus is forbidding them from checking in on him, intent on leaving demigods alone despite all they've done for the Olympians. Apollo, however, is ignoring this order. He cares a little too much about Percy to watch him suffer in silence. But when a new threat arises, how will the Olympians handle it? How will the demigods handle it? This is very all over the place, but I think it turned out well in the end. (This is future me in brackets, btw, it did not turn out well lmao). In this story, Nico is overprotective of Percy (still solangelo though) as a best friend. He's forgiven Percy for the whole ordeal about Bianca and now they're pretty close, both confiding in each other about things they never thought they'd tell a soul. The ships are: Pipabeth - Piper + Annabeth Chrisse - Clarisse + Chris Solangelo - Nico + Will Valgrace (platonic) - Jason + Leo because I despise Caleo sorry lmao Perpollo - Percy + Apollo I do not own any of these characters, all rights are to Rick Riordan other than the storyline/plot. The death of Nico's first and closest friend Jason Grace puts a sudden end to the sunshine that currently brightens Nico's life for once. His death triggers a lot of things for him, and shines light on a lot of his unresolved trauma. Will Nico be able to make it through this without his mental stability completely breaking once and for all? Will Nico be able to let people in enough to help him get through it? And what about the mysterious dreams that Nico keeps having of his mom? And who really is this little girl that knows nothing about her past? In this sequel to Out of the Shadows, Nico sees familiar faces and revisits past places, but at least this time he has Will along for the ride.
