When an angel and a demon meet when they are young, they instantly become the best of friends. With their friendship being naturally forbidden, they are separated, never to see each other again. Years later, they meet again in the forest of purgatory. They devise a plan to remain friends: to meet secretly on earth. Together, they join the guild, Fairy Tail, where they struggle to keep their identities secret, all the while their relationship growing stronger. However, they question how much longer they can see each other with the guild along with each's parents growing increasingly suspicious of the both of them. Along with the both of them preparing to take the thrown of each of their worlds, are thhey willing to pay the consequences for their forbidden love?

She must have come a long way, she's very thin, scarred up from head to toe and exhausted with magic deficiency. Porlyusica forces Makarov to take her into the guild and have someone care for her for at least an other month to make sure she regains all of her strength. The foreign girl officially became a guild member in March X781 and everyone gave her a warm welcome when she received her guild mark. But this girl was not what they expected, she's not like Lisanna, or Natsu. No, she is not at all like the other kids in the guild. After her welcoming party, this mystery child was rarely seen by anyone. No one knows what the future holds, not even Fairy Tail's new mystery girl.. He finds the smallest of things interesting. Which, of course, leads him straight to Lucy, the social outcast. One thing leads to another, and soon, Natsu is teaching this strange girl the world of magic. They become friends rather quickly, and her unexpected actions never ceases to calm his storm of a day. Natsu realizes his feelings for her, but isn't sure how to convey them. Will he manage to get through her thick-headed personality, or will he be forever considered "just a friend"? As the characters go through their own social problems, other problems start to arise. Magic manipulation, and an old alumni threaten them as Lucy attempts to recover from her past.
