It's 1973 and the Vietnam war has just come to an end. James Conrad and his partner in war, Sophia Dawson, are wandering the depths of Vietnam when they're visited by two curious looking Americans who say they'll pay them to lead a group through the jungles of the uncharted island: Skull Island.
Not yet touched by man - or so they think - Skull Island harbors more than they imagined, and even after seeing the monstrosities of war, Conrad and Dawson have never seen anything like it. Fueled by the instinct to survive, the pair must learn how to lead the group to safety, but more importantly - how to put their feelings for each other aside for the sake of the group. It'll take everything they've got, but one thing they know is that they can count on each other - till death do they part.
