"What did she do to you?!" Dylan asked, " Nothing okay, just drop it!!" I yelled.

Nicole isn't your typical "nerd". She is sassy, cute, and will defend herself in any way. But, when it comes to her alcoholic mother, she won't disrespect her in fear of getting beat. Her mother is an alcoholic and will beat Nicole any chance she gets whether she does something bad or just walked in the house.

Dylan is Nicole's best friend and she tells him everything. But, when Dylan asks Nicole where she got her bruises from she will always change the topic or just steer clear of the question. This isn't like her. She is always forward with whatever is going on with her to him. See she hasn't been talking to him lately and it doesn't help that she gets bullied at school by the biggest bad boy there. She hasn't been to school for the past week and rumor is she died.

Robert the school's bad boy bullies Nicole every day. When he bullies her he can't help but feel guilty when he sees the scars from the previous day. He has noticed that she hasn't been at school lately and he is getting worried. He has never felt this way with anyone he has bullied. Whenever she is around he gets this feeling he can't describe but, it's like everytime he sees her cry he wants to comfort her and love her. One thing no one knows about Robert is that he is a vampire and is looking for his mate.
