Lilly, a hard-working and ambitious young professional, loves her job but hates her boss. Lilly's Manager, Amy, is a nightmare to work with and eventually sabotages Lilly's job and gets her fired. Hurt and betrayed, Lilly decides to get even by "getting rid of Amy" with the help of her co-workers, Janice and Loretta. 
  
Getting rid of Amy, however, takes a strange twist. Packed with comedic misadventure, Lilly and her friends go down a road they had never dreamed of.
