Follow the story of a 16 year old Girl, her name is Carrow Elizabeth Coxen. She was granted special powers and now travels to escape the Meta Human Regulation Bureau from locking her away. Her abilities are unlike any others granting her the power to get stronger the more she moves and to reduce the effects of Inertia on herself.
