Crimes and the widespread slaughter of man has become the problem that the World Organization focuses on. The world's last chance of surviving is to capture and lock all the insane ones, until a cure is being develop, in the most inescapable prison in the world: Alcatraz Island of San Francisco.
But something's not right and Andy knows it, as she tries to retrieve what she had lost a long time ago: her sanity.
