Five children found themselves alone in the hospital they were confined in after an earthquake that struck at midnight. Together, they traverse the dark confines of the hospital to get food and medicine while facing terrifying creatures and apparitions of the hospital staff they once knew. They embark on an adventure to find the entity that is haunting the hospital, escape from their predicament, and find their way back home.
