"I don't" I said. Obviously it was a lie, but it needed to be done. Hopefully he would buy it.
He looked at me with a stone cold hard face. He was trying to figure out why I was doing this.
As much as I didn't want to do it I had to.
"You do feel the same way. You're afraid and you don't have to be. I'll protect you I'll die for you before anyone can harm you. I've proved it to you before, don't leave me" He begged. My heart tore in half I didn't want to go but this isn't the life that I want.
"I have to leave as much as I want to be with you I got to go my own way. Goodbye D'Angelo" I said sadly and walked away
