I grabbed my rain boots and jacket, slipped the boots on, and walked through the old creaky house towards the door. The door opend with a loud long screech. I hated the sound of old things. I stepped out onto the porch. This had been the first time I had gone outside besides to unload boxes. It smelt of the fresh scent during a rain fall.
