Hidden Heart (An Academy Fan fiction)

Four years ago, Dakota Lee knocked a girl over with his golden retriever. She stayed the night in his house, slept in his bed, wore his clothes. He was supposed to go to the mall with two of his friends the next day, but a sudden cancellation at the suit shop changed the outcome of the Backbourne team and Sang's lives forever.

She spent the day at home reading a book in her room, because there was no phone call, no lemon juice and vinegar, and no need to go out into the woods.

Nathan never got to save her from the fallen tree.

Gabriel never jumped those last few steps while Kota checked her throat.

She never texted Luke about her favorite breakfast while at the playground, so to him she was just another pretty girl.

North never caught her from falling inside of the church.

She was with her blood family, hidden, all of registration day, so Dr, Green never got to save her from Mr. McCoy.

And, because Dr. Green never took her to get her schedule finalized, her never met Mr. Blackbourne.

Kota made sure to keep her hidden from his brothers, out od fear that she would want one of them more than him. They only talked outside of school. That is, until they fixed Ashley Waters and left. Kota stayed true to Sang, and she to him, while the others tried- and failed- to find someone to love.

Sang has been Kota's little secret, his hidden heart, for four years. The Blackbourne don't know she exists and vice-versa.

Until, the team unexpectedly shows up at the apartment Sang and Kota share, one evening, to find the girl that will change their lives forever- with a four year delay.
