Sunrise and Sunset in Florence

Ray is not a very bright boy in class and feels unworthy. He meets a new girl in school who gives him perspective and a reason to believe in himself and become a better person. But things go awry when his father dies and his family is stripped off its wealth. He tries to make ends meet and then travels abroad in search of greener pastures after he drops out of school and his girlfriend, the love of his life, dumps him. What happens when he gets to a foreign land and gets an unlikely job? Would things turn out as he had hoped?
