Dirty Little Secret (Murphamy Highschool AU)

So, the inspiration for this came from the music video for "Dirty Little Secret" by The All-American Rejects. Before we start there are a few facts that need to be discussed.

1.) This story is endgame Muphamy, with side ships of Linctavia, Clexa, and Brathan.
2.) Please don't hate on anything I write, I will try to write as close to the actual characters as possible, but, I haven't watched the show in a while so....
3.) I have only watched up until the end of Season 3.

Some background on the story.
1.) Murphy's parents are dead, and he has been in and out of foster homes.
2.) Murphy moved in with Finn's family.
3.) They go to SkaiKru High.
4.) The only class they all share, other than lunch, is an elective called Projects Anonymous.
5.) In the class the students all choose one project to do a semester, but it has to be some big public project that involves the student body.
