Frisk falls into the underground after running away from the orphanage she's been trapped in for a lot of years. In those years, a lot happened too. Like, when she was eleven, she went missing.
Yet, she can't remember what happened.
In the undergrounds, she meets the Mysterious Sans, who somethimes is called 'G.'
Frisk finds out about what happened in the undergrounds, and what happened to Sans.
