1870 London, England. The city of London has always been infested with gangs and criminals, and a small group consisting of a butler and his master, the London Police Chief, and a mysterious figure named L.R., have always kept the gangs and activity neutral. Until one day, when they come across a gang that's linked to something bigger than London itself, something demonic.
