Eighteen year old Grace Alderson has been living in the safe woods of Canada ever since she was six, away from her abusive parents. The abuse caused her to develop another personality, Serena. Serena is the protector of Grace and would do anything to insure Grace’s safety. Even kill. For years Serena had been killing off any intruder in their part of the woods with the help of her friend and lynx (Ojo) unknown to innocent little Grace. But when Serena’s protective instinct kicks in and forces her to care for a small girl, everything changes. Secrets are uncovered, plans are changed, and someone is forced to leave.
