There it was. A little pink note, sitting on top of my books inside my locker. A frown found it's way onto my face, that can't be mine. I snatched up the little paper and unfolded it squinting at the messy writing.
"You make my heart ache," It read, a love heart in the bottom corner. I groan left my lips and I leant head first against the locker.
"How cliché." I whispered. Scrunching up the little pink note and throwing it in the trash can near my feet. Retrieving my books and slamming my locker door shut I set off down the hallway; that little pink note absent from my mind
