Michael Parker. A teen, specifically, a student. We can't change the fact that being a clairvoyant runs in their blood. So as the youngest in their family, we can't avoid strong passage of genes in each of the member of the family. We can't say that he's totally a fortuneteller but he has this potential in seeing other people's future. This is the reason why he stumbled upon Harriet. A typical high school student who prefer being with her friend's company. A girl who is clueless about her future, on what will happen to her, either good or bad. "Who is she?" Michael said, clueless about the so-called imaginary girl. Considered that every time he close his eyes, all that he can see was a figure of the girl, who is known as 'Harriet'. Michael was curious on what will be the role of Harriet in his life. 'Will it be his mission to save her?' or 'It was really just his wide imagination?' ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- COVER by: @LauraT_98 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thank you Kim for helping me encouraging and supporting me every time I wrote the story. I stepped forward and asked, "Where do you want me?" It took me a second to realize what I just said. Shit! I placed a hand on my crimson face and muttered, "Get your head out of the gutter! You know what I meant." He laughed, his voice sounded hoarse and deep even when he's laughing. I peeked at him from the gap I made between my fingers. He was close. So close. He grabbed my hand and took me to the bed. Damn! It did sound sexy. His shirt was loose. Too large for me, and it hung on me like a cloth hung on a hanger. He sat on the bed, criss crossed and pulled me to him. ♡♡♡♡♡ Cassandra didn't come to Brinkley mansion to belong. She came to survive the year and leave. Then there's Easton Brinkley. Arrogant. Reckless. Completely off-limits. And from the moment she arrives, he makes one thing clear-she doesn't belong in his world. He has his reasons. And she's not supposed to care. But Cassandra isn't the type to back down. And Easton isn't used to being challenged. What starts as resentment turns into something neither of them planned... and neither of them can afford. Because some people come with complications. And some feelings were never meant to happen ------ ☆ Copyright 2020 @Books_and_nerds (DestinyK.)
