Year 2300. Human population suddenly started decreasing.No one knows what is happening. They just vanish, not even a trace of them remains. Some says they are kidnapped by Aliens. There are people who even says they are hidding from us.
Days passed, no one knows what is the reason for people vanishing. And like that years passed. And so decades and even centuries has passed.
In year 3576 the world poplulation was halfed compared to that of 2300. And the human vanishing incidents has some how stopped. But now some people is said to know about the reason for the disapearing but for some reason they havent publiced the information.
The current world is rulled by 3 kings , they have absolute power. Humans are rulled by 2 of the 3 king. The other one rules a part of world where no human is allowed to set their foot. But n oone knows the real identity of the kings.
Each and every human being have some sort of power. Telepathy, ability to use elements, teleportation and then so on.
This story isnt about a story of a person who disapeared neither a story of a king.
This is a story of an orphan who is considered as the weakest. The only thing that he has is a scyth schapped pendant. No parents, no power not even friends. Even ppl in the orphanage considers him as an outcast.
Well this is a story of a boy named Xilan who has nothing other than the scyth pendant and the person who will be getting absolute power that surppresses even the 3 kings.
I havent proof read the 1st chapter. Its published but changes will be made later.

The Darkness in the Light
For over a hundred years, humanity has lived in fear of the monsters that roam the streets, lurking in the drains below. Women and their daughters hide, protected in their homes, while men take their sons through the world, teaching them the responsibilities of having a family to feed and dangers to avoid. No one leaves the home unless it's essential, and most of the world prefers it that way. Until one girl spends her days perched on her window seat, looking down at the world below and dreaming of a different life. Her eyes are always drawn to the dark, ominous drains in the street, the ones that often blink open to swallow and person whole. One day, that person is her little brother, snatched right in front of her from their arms of their father and gone forever. When a person is snatched, they never return, and life goes on without them. But she can't accept that. Breaking all the rules, all the things she's ever known, she braves the world outside her little townhouse and goes on a mission into the darkness to find her brother. Only, it's soon her that becomes the one lost to the drains. To survive she must rediscover her world, and in the process, rediscover herself. She will be reunited with old friends, gain new ones, find out deeper secrets about her past than she ever could have imagined, and learn that the world is even more corrupt than she always thought. *** This story contains sexist ideology, mention of cheating, some gruesome scenes, and a whole lot of monsters and darkness. This is something I created when I was going though some dark things in my life sorry some of it is mature content. This story is a time traveling story that goes from one point of view (POV) to the next and it also is about a young wolf finding his love and if she rejects him or not and then him going on a journey to find answers to his questions. While he is gone there is something that happens to his pack. Six high school students looks like anyone else acts like anyone else but are capable of things no one else is. They learnt from a young age no one that means NO ONE can know about their powers even their parents and other siblings. It brings out the true friends and those who just want to use you. In the end, what do you do when your closest friend betrays you? This is the story as they try to keep their biggest darkest secret of what they are capable of and as they discover they're not the only ones like them... I am not very good at trigger warnings before individual chapters but there is mention of blood, cold abuse and parents divorcing. (But read at your own risk in case I mention something else. He was bullied by most of the students including team CRDL since he was the weakest student in the whole school. His siblings were there was well, making his situation even worse. He thought out help from the teachers, but they wouldn't help at all, they would usually either telling him to get stronger or go home. One day, Ozpin sent him off on a mission to collect something that he wasn't told of. When he does, it was all a trap by an unknown group. As he's kidnapped, he finds something very old and he becomes someone else completely; an Assassin. He'll soon understand the world more and the words that he always heard but never understood will finally make sense: "Where other men blindly follow the truth, Remember, nothing is true. Where other men are limited by morality or law, Remember, everything is permitted. We work in the dark to serve the light. We are assassins." Key factors about this story: 1.
