Queen Catherine of Hearts was ruthless and cold-hearted. Trading her broken heart to the Fates in exchange for revenge, the innocent girl who just wanted to start a bakery with her maid friend is lost, and all that remains is an empty girl.
Or perhaps she is not empty, but overflowing with anger and revenge and vengeance, or perhaps that is all she can remember anymore and she truly is empty, running on mimicked emotions that she can't actually feel.
She is Queen, now, and Jest is long dead. Peter Peter's corpse hangs from the castle's gates. A reminder to all to never forget Her Majesty's wrath.
