Arcee is a prisoner on a ship, but she not the only one. Soundwave is also a prisoner on the ship. These fomer enemies must work together to get off the ship. When they are doing so some thing happens to them.
( I don't own Transfomers Prime and I do talk about the new Transfomers: Robots in Disguise, there is some characters from Transfomers: Beast Wars name that I had used, a little about Watch_Dogs 2, a little about Assassin's Creed, and a tiny bit of Alien. The story is mine though. I hope you enjoy reading this story).

A terrified girl finds herself mixed up with three other children in a war that had somehow reached to them. Unlike the other children, she did not have a home to go back to. Scars like hers run too deep and she does not know what worth she could even give to the transformers who have now become her guardians to protect her from decepticons. Her near constant presence in their base seems to be a bother to the transformers, she can tell even if they do not say it out loud to her. The girl is not a fool. However, when they realize just how deep her pain truly was and how far she is willing to end it, Optimus is unwilling to give up on her. She does not understand his reasons, they slowly become clear. And when she finally runs in with Optimus's arch enemy, she finds herself eyeing off a certain decepticon leader in a way that she should not have. And she did not know why. Megatron himself feels he simply had taken something so precious from Prime, and enjoys watching the autobot panic in trying to find her. But, the girl began to confuse his spark. But she's human. And they both have a daughter together named ThunderHeart. Which makes her half human and half Cybertronian. Which Soundwave loves his daughter with every fiber of his being. But it's hard for the silent mech because he can't visit them that much that he likes too. Because of his master Lord Megatron. And yes. Lord Megatron doesn't know about this secret. And that's what Soundwave wants. This to be kept a secret. He makes sure that his wife and daughter gets everything that they need. He also sends them gifts from afar. He also yearns and he thinks about someday that he will be able to hold his wife in his arms and to hug his daughter and to see her grow up. But he also speaks to his daughter through a bond that him and his daughter share because she is half Cybertronian.
