My story involves a series of events that involve my dreams and illusions. A teenager is suddenly stripped from his normal life and given powers along with some of his friends. Most know or think that we came from god. That he mad us half god and half animal. Some humans were able to inherit godly powers and have been chosen through their dreams.

Her only escape from this twisted reality is a creature named Shadow. A terrifying creature that is somehow more humane than the so-called humans around her. Shadow could easily take all her problems away, but Melody refuses to take the easy way out. That is, until she just couldn't take it anymore, she takes Shadow's offer and soon her life got better. Her bullies started disappearing, showing up dead in the woods. Their bodies badly mutilated, almost unrecognizable. Life at school started getting better, she finally had human friends and even a boyfriend. Her "father" was found dead at her house. The torture had finally ended. Unfortunately this story doesn't have a happy ending, after all karma always strikes back.
