Marley Braxton is fresh out of college and homeward bound. Well if that was what you would call Manawa, the small town Marley was originally from. Marley hasn't been back since after the death of her father 12 years earlier when she was only ten years old. Marley is nervous and reluctant to visit the people her father her once called family. But they are aging fast and its been too long already. In this tale, Marley's intentionally short adventure back home quickly turns into an escapade of events. All starting with an accident that by chance reunited with the boy she had once hated, giving her the chance she'd been searching for to begin again. But will the short time Marley spends in the little town be enough to bring her home for good? Or will she run away again when things get tough?

A story of five boys, four families and one home that feels like always. Three older brothers. Two younger ones. Five boys who grow up under the same roof. They're raised as brothers and that's exactly what they are. Kian, the eldest, is always just a little taller, a little steadier. Ezra comes next-bold, loud and never far behind. Nico, somewhere in the middle, is calm like the eye of the storm. Then come the youngest two. Ryan-or Ray-is born first. Curious, sharp, already claiming every brother as his own. And just two months later, little Elijah, or Eli, arrives. Ray isn't thrilled at first. From Ray's quiet confusion when his "youngest" crown is taken, to the moment he hears Eli say his first word before he ever spoke his own. From tantrums over sharing "their" brothers, to creating a secret world of just two, Ray and Eli grow up tangled in each other's lives like roots from the same tree. This book follows the youngest two as they grow-through snack wars and sleepy cuddles, secret codes and chaos. Surrounded by three very protective older brothers and four very chaotic (and loving) families, they learn what it means to be home-even when everything else is growing and changing around them. They make a promise. To be there. To protect. To stay. Together Forever, Whatever It Takes. ____________________________________ Disclaimer: This is a story about friendship that chooses to be family. No matter how close the bond, every boy in this story is a brother and that's how it will always stay. (Felt the need to write for someone 🥲) This book has short chapters. So come along. Five boys. One home. And a hundred tiny moments that make them together, forever. While book 1 is just a beginning-the real beginning of the story unfolds in book 2.
