Not much happens to a girl who lives in the suburbs of Chigaco. Abygail Marks has a busy life. She manages to juggle school, work and her demanding roommate while keeping herself partially sane. 

She makes everyone happy.

Winning a losing battle of selfconflict with herself and dealing with missing her ever so absent mom is not something she wishes to talk about. 

Until a beautiful eyed boy forces his way into her life and swears to himself he will break down all her walls.
