VOLUME TWO OF "A BUGHEAD STORY"

Please read "The Festival" before reading this story, if you want to understand its context.

"Jughead didn't mean to get so attached to Betty, hell he didn't mean to get so attached to another human being, least of all a girl. But he did get attached, and after that, all hell broke loose."

"He finally kissed her under that pouring rain and beside all his friends. And now, he regretted it so much he wanted to cut out his heart to stop the damn remorse from filling it."

We left our favorite couple after a very romantic kiss under the rain at Riverdale's Annual Festival. At least, it was romantic from Betty's perspective, but what about Jughead's?

A kiss doesn't mean they're dating, and Jughead knows it too well.

Nine parts one-shot inspired by both the Archie Comics and Riverdale.
