Sarah Lewis has a pickle to work out. It's a week away from one of her friend's weddings and Sarah needs to find someone to fill in as a groomsman. Short on time and social skills, she turns to speed dating. For someone who is slightly anti-social, it's sure to be a lesson in what not to do.

Reid King is too focused on his hockey career to worry about dating. When a plus one is needed for dinner with a potential sponsor, he turns to desperate measures to try to make sure he doesn't screw up a high-dollar deal. Little does he know, it's his date he'll be more worried about than making the deal.

Neither one of them expected to find a piece that's been missing in their lives, but that's exactly what it feels like from the moment they see each other. Will they find their temporary needs for dates turn into something more? Or will one of their pasts show up and hurt any chance of a future together?

"You are mine," He murmured across my skin. He inhaled my scent deeply and kissed the mark he gave me. I shuddered as he lightly nipped it. "Danny, you are mine and only mine, you understand?" Daniella Saunders had a pretty rough life. After being heartbroken and betrayed by both her father and her boyfriend, Danny moves to a small town to find the comfort of her mother. Everything is not what it seems and soon, Danny finds herself in the middle of a world she didn't even knew existed outside of fiction novels and movies. Not only does the town seem bizarre, but her senses heighten, her temper is out of control, and her hunger amplify. Throw in an arrogant, selfish, sexy, possessive player who didn't even want her in the first place, her life just seamlessly attract madness. Especially with those creepy threats coming from a "Silver Bullet", she can't keep still.
