One in every four people will have some type of mental disorder in their life. Yuuri Katsuki adds to that number. His friend Phichit persuades him to come to group therapy after Yuuri wakes up from a nightmare causing him to have a panic attack Phichit decides to take things into his own hands and makes Yuuri come to therapy. Now Yuuri has to face a whole new challenge, becoming a normal part of society after the incident.
