Ghoul or Ninja? My Messed-Up Identity!

"May your afterlife begin in the second dimension world."

Yukimi Haruka is definitely qualified for the word "Otaku", yet, this girl, at the age of thirteen, or fourteen, at least no younger than twelve, is a monster that eats human.

She wishes an ordinary and quiet life, but she is bloody, merciless, and violent when it comes to hunting and eating. She lives alone in the 20th ward in Tokyo. Haruka goes to school everyday, visits bookstores to read comics, stays up late in night, playing video games online, just like what an Otaku will do. She has no friends, and she acts alone wherever she is. She tends to have no relationship with anyone, it is less painful when making choices.

However, for some reason, she is an S- rated ghoul, code-named Otaku, for she always leaves a special mark resembling resurrection in an anime (not sure if there is one but just pretend there is one). The most significant reason is that, with her extraordinary combating skills that is far beyond normal ghouls, she has stolen a Quinque from a First Class Investigator, and paralyzed him.

And one day, she is forced to a dead end by the ghoul investigators chasing after her, and under multiple attacks, for some incomprehensible reasons, she is transferred to Konohagakure.

Konohagakure is a village stationed in the Land of Fire. It is an unfamiliar village in an unfamiliar nation, in fact, it is in a different world!

Different cultures, different people, different clothing, and a different job, which is ninja.

Haruka starts her new life in Konohagakure shortly after she has recovered from her fatal injuries, and starts to train to become a ninja.

Can she fit in the new life? Can she live well with the people in Konohagakure? And most importantly, can she conceal her true identity?
