Perseus Jackson has been forgotten, no one needs him anymore, and while no one has said it outright Perseus could tell when he was not wanted, so he did what any natural young adult does when they realize that no one in their home cares about them anymore. He left, leaving Riptide behind for the new favorite. On his travels he traveled around the world until he eventually came upon a new sword, stabbed into the rock in a cave, the blade, the cross-guard, even the hilt was black. It had a black chain on the end of the hilt and the hilt was wrapped in a black cloth, shapes that looked similar to red diamonds going on both sides of the hilt. The blade looked near-identical to a katana blade. In front of the sword was a large stone with an engraving, a single word, "Zangetsu".All Rights Reserved
