Normani Kordei lives her life in routine. School, work, then home to do homework, eat, and then sleep. Somewhere in her routine, there's a routine customer she has at the coffee shop she works at.

A girl who wears dark sunglasses, who comes in, sits at a table by herself and just sits there, staring straight ahead at nothing as she makes art on little napkins.

She sometimes never orders. She just sits there. And Normani can't help but to admire the beautiful brunette. When she's finally pushed to talk to the girl, Normani's crush develops into more and she wants so desperately to break down the Walls the girl has.
