Seventeen year-old Cloe Rinewood is in for the ride of her life.  It's a lonely life in outback Australia on a small cattle property: where the internet comes at a high price; where friends, school, and the closest town is an hour drive north in the blistering heat; where there is only farm animals and wildlife for company - oh, and her strict, controlling parents, and hostile elder siblings.
