For too long, Zaire has been hidden away. As the heiress and last remaining descendant of the once-prestigious Firebird Clan, her existence should be known to all-and yet, it remains a secret, slipping away further in everybody's memories along with the unjust war that wiped out her kind.
Better to be lost than surrounded by demons.
But when an accident leaves her spirit stranded in the body of Weiss, the condescending heiress of the Ninetails Clan, she comes face to face with the Devil himself, who brings with him ugly truths that crave her sanity. Sinister plans are brewing deep within the Ninetails Clan, and Zaire is crucial to their success or failure.
What's more is that Weiss has been assigned a perilous mission: attend the acclaimed Skylark Academy and retrieve a powerful relic at any cost. To foil the Ninetails' plans, Zaire has no choice but to take on yet another identity-for Skylark Academy accepts only male students-and agree to complete the mission.
Zaire is trapped, and the only way forward is to embrace her role as a puppet. She will dance along to the deadly melody and anticipate the moment when she will have to gather her courage, look up into the puppetmaster's eyes, and sever the strings that bind them together.

NOTE: This is the heavily edited version of the FTAA still published on my account. The year is X820. A lot has happened since the guild completed the war against the Alvarez Empire and Acnologia, and Team Natsu returned from their 100-year quest. Fairy Tail has settled down, the ships are sailing, and the new generation is carving their own path as legends. Team Unstoppable - Reiki Fernandes, Crispin Fullbuster, and Nashi Dragneel - has risen to the rank of the second most elite team of Fairy Tail's Next Generation. Unstoppable rarely cooperates with other guilds, much less other teams. That is, until a series of mysterious quests show up in April targeting Fairy Tail members only. After what appears to be terrorizing random hooded figures, Fairy Tail suspects a more ominous objective is at play. They are aided by their old and new friends from Sabertooth, Lamia Scale, and Blue Pegasus to uncover clues. Note: All original characters and places belong to Hiro Mashima!! When Team RNNJRR, Dairoku, Qrow and Athena arrived in Mistral, they made their way to Haven Academy where they're greeted by Professor Leonardo Lionheart. After a while, they run into a normal farm boy named Oscar Pine but it turns out he's not as normal as they think. He apparently has two souls. Weiss and Kuraime finally escape from Atlas and are on their way to Mistral but not everything goes to plan as their ship crashes into the territory of Bandits, more specifically, The Branwen Tribe. Blake, Tyros, Sun and the parents of the Belladonnas plan to take The White Fang back and save Haven Academy from the same fate as Beacon with the help of the Faunus from Menagerie. Jaune's transcripts are revealed early after Cardin hears him tell Pyrrha about them, with this Jaune decides to distance himself from his team so they don't get ridiculed. This however leaves him alone with only verbal support by his team and friends, and he is forced to live outside the dorms for a bit. For a few months Jaune makes himself a home in the Forest of Beacon and due to some political nonsense he has to send his weapon back home, he has to use spare weapons from the armory at the school and learn how to use them. In no time he gets better and through training he catches up to his friends, but thats not all fate has in store for him as he would become more than just a man, he would become the 'Dark Knight' of Remnant.
