In order to get the animals safety, they must headed to the large boat so that they can survived but they only have 3 days to reach it or else, they'll die. Manny, Sid, Diego and Eleanor must headed to the boat before it's too late. Soon later, they found themselves a new animals and...Humans; A Female Mammoth who thinks she's an opossum, An Opossum twin brothers, An Elk deer, A Cave bear, A weasel siblings, A grey wolf and a 6 humans who have a gifted powers to protect their friends.
