Jonathon has a love for rain.

The way it falls onto his skin. It's whispering in the air to the rain's roar it makes when it splashes onto the surface of anything around him. How each droplet of rain makes an endless amount of ripples in the puddles he sees. The oils from the rocks and plants coming out to create a distinct earthy aroma.

After an accident has occurred, Jonathon can't look at rain even when it's a tiny sprinkle. Hearing it, he would try his best to shut the noise out. Storms are when he's at his worst, when it's the loudest.

So what happens when he meets Evan?

Evan tolerates rain. Doesn't mean he likes it but at the same time, he doesn't hate it. To him, rain is something that comes, pours water from the sky, then passes on by. So when he meets Jonathon, he can't help but be intrigued by this mysterious man dressed in blue.
