Ruined

"I won't forgive you." He cut me off. I looked into him and I cringed at the murderous stare he is giving me. "No matter what you do... I won't love you. But I won't let you go..."

I now allowed my tears to fall from his blunt statement. I heard him scoffed and within seconds I felt his rough hands pulling a fistful of my hair. "Your tears won't affect me. How many times do I have to tell you that?" He grabbed my cheeks and for a moment a flash of pity was seen from his eyes but it was gone in an instant. When he spoke again, his dangerous tone almost burned me.

"You ruined me, Nadine. You ruined my happiness. So I swear... I'm gonna ruin yours."
