Show divergence point: Emma and Killian just got back from the time travel adventure, Regina is pissed because Marian is here, Emma has decided to stay in Storybrooke, Neal's introduction day ended. Henry is staying the night with his grandparents. Let's say it's the middle of the night.
Writing this because I'm a bit frustrated with the show and believe that it is breaking its own canon, so I thought I'd try my hand at trying to write something satisfactorily.
