When the Menaces take advantage of Eggman's help again once more, the doctor finally exacts his revenge on them by using his latest invention. So that he may be the most popular and well-known evil villain again, he makes the group vulnerable by turning them into toddlers or young children. After dropping them off at their base, little does he know there is someone who is there who will take care of them but they will need a lot of help. Misfortune doesn't stop there though. Now that their enemies are small, GUN, Anthony Evans the Echidna, Felix Whiplash the Metal-tail Cat and many more enemies of the Menaces will be making their way over to the base to destroy the youngsters. Will they succeed? And will the Menaces be able to turn back? let's find out!
