"Would you like to dance?" Some guy asked
"Sure" I said. I knew he wasn't my mate, but he was still cute. So we started to dance to whatever the ball had going and from the sound of it sounded like a waltz. I was ok at waltzes. I looked over to see my best friend also dancing with a guy and when she looked over at me I could tell she was getting bored. Once this dance is over I'm so going to get her and then we are going to go outside. I mind linked her because I obviously could do that since we are apart of the same coven. "Wanna go outside once this dance is over" I Mind linked
"Yes, thank you" She mind linked back with enthusiasm. When the dance was almost over I heard a very powerful voice behind me growling "MINE." Oh great here we go I thought.
