The war is over and the population is at the lowest as it ever been in the last century. In order to repopulate the wizard population, the ministry comes up with a plan that involves doing unspeakable things. Hermione is returning for her final year at Hogwarts with Ron, Ginny, and Harry. When Hermione learns about the Marriage Law and encounters an old enemy that threatens somebody important to her, she might find herself facing another war.
