A Lovely Life
Journey with me back in time as I rewrite the first Journal I kept from when I was in high school, and see that maybe even with how horrible life is most of the times, there are little things spread throughout that make life worth living. My high school experience was full of drama, tears, laughter, and most of all constant search of love, and approval of the people around me. I can't always get what I want in this world. Life is a beautiful mess. It's not perfect, and filled with a lot of disappointments, and heartbreak. There are moments when it all feels too much, but there's not much we can do other than go with the flow of things.Concluida
The night when everything got f*cked up.
The party was quite nice. The school year had just started. But there was too much alcohol, too many problems, and a unfortunate accident that would kill 5 kids, leaving many in grief. Cheating happened, death happened, rape happened, and brought people closer to each other than they've ever been. People mourn every time they see the sunset, people can't bring themselves to get into an Uber. At the end of the day they're just young, and some will stay young forever. ↞↞↞♛↠↠↠ Everyone makes at least one mistake in their life; if you don't, you're not human. I just happen to be one of those people who make a lot of mistakes. To start with, there were the Rumours. You know, those things that only powerful people can make up? Yeah. Those. They were the beginning of everything that ever went wrong in my life, but also the thing that led me to the end. Although, I didn't know that at the time, so a few bruises and kisses down the line, I found myself faced with a big problem. I had to choose between three people, all of whom had been lying about everything for months. That wasn't an easy task for someone like me, but the biggest issue? My life . . . lonley is what it is. Sometimes I don't feel like I am, but then again it's most of the time I do feel lonesome. Lonesome because I am lost, and lost because theres no hope left, and no hope left because I am vanishing. Most high schoolers have the time of their lives in high school, and most don't. I am in the middle, lost of course, only sometimes hoping for a break of my life, and life up in heaven or a life down in hell. My thoughts are better said in words, not spoken, but written. And he certainly didn't care about Alexei Abbots or the other older and mysterious men Alexei was associated with. Alexei, in particular, though, was just a little weasel that wouldn't leave his mind. He thought he could block him out like every other person, like every other male that made him think in such a bad way. But somehow, for the first time, he couldn't force himself to forget the expression on the boy's face when his fist collided roughly with his jaw. ~ Alexei Abbots was happy. Really, really happy. He was open, free, and accepted by the two best women he had ever met, who completely turned his life around. Not only was he welcomed with open arms by his two mothers, but he was also met with the arms of two men he had a mutual fondness for: Riley Worthright and Xavier Mendoza. He was on top of the world, and his not-so-gentle past wouldn't change that. Neither would Tycho Black, the aggressive bully on campus, who seemed to get off on being a homophobic a-hole.

Thomas needed a vacation, but that didn't mean he wanted one. His best friend convinced him to come down to his family's beach house for the summer to unwind, to relax for once. Thomas wasn't swayed easily, but he found himself on a flight to Florida regardless, albeit begrudgingly. Thomas intended to mope around for the three months, drink away his problems, and maybe get a tan in the process. However, his plans were thwarted when an unwanted houseguest from his past arrived the day after his getting there, leaving a bitter tang on the entire "vacation." Not to mention, Thomas was forced to share what he thought was his room with his best friend's wife's ridiculously handsome brother, Dallas. Thomas was on the cusp of drowning in the first week. Relaxation wasn't even on the agenda. He just had to try to keep his head above water.Concluida
