Resonant

Glitchcore sci-fi. Found family. Weaponized identity. In a fractured galaxy where powers are treated as quantum anomalies, Kaelin was grown in a lab-engineered as a prototype Resonant with hybrid, unstable abilities. She was never meant to live free. She was designed to obey. But when Kaelin escapes the Core's control, she becomes a myth in motion, haunted by memory bleed, hunted by syndicates, and accompanied only by a salvaged AI and a girl she swore to protect. Her resonance field is powerful enough to break gravity, but her body is fragile, failing, and laced with experimental tech that was never meant to last. To survive, Kaelin must navigate black market stations, ruined moons, and the haunted echoes of her own past. Along the way, she finds unlikely allies-a grizzled war veteran, a chaos-gremlin medic, and a pilot with secrets of their own. But the longer she runs, the more the galaxy begins to remember what she is. And what she could become. She was built to control Resonants. Now she has to decide if she'll free them.
