Top students in Parker W. University are sent in turns to keep watch of human beings who have yet discover their abilities. These humans will be sent to the city at once for further investigation and is later enrolled in Parker W. Universoty for further development of their abilities.

There are only two competitive magical realms in this world which includes Zenordia and the other as the dark despicable city located at the South where evil and injustices are born, Xrystodia. Nobody knows how Xrystodia are doing now after Zenordia defeated them during their previous war.
